Dear Mam,
I, Mrs. Dhanashree Viraj Athavale, hold a salary account[protected] in your bank at Bund Garden, Pune 411 001 branch.
Below email was sent to the Branch Manager on 14th Feb 2017, however I haven't received any response to the same.
In the meanwhile I did visit the Bund Garden Branch and have submitted a written application to re-call the money Rs. 3640/- to the bank from where the transaction was initiated.
The transaction details are mentioned in below email for your reference.
Also I understand from the branch that the account in which the money was credited is a dormant (in-active) account number[protected]. and was showing the money credited. As the account is in-active it was assured that account holder will not be able to withdraw the money.
I am out of town and have been trying the helpline number as well as the branch board number "66270612" to find out the status of this transaction but unfortunately no luck. The lady who did an incorrect transfer is in need of this funds.
Please could anybody from the branch reply to my email or atleast arrange a call to get this sorted.
