ICICI Bank — Auto Debit from Salary Account without information

On 31.12.16 my salary account was credited with Rs. 33393 & as per bank statement as well actual also only 3 transactions of Rs. 6500 were taken place between 31.12.16 till 02.01.17 & remaining account balance was supposed to be Rs. 26, 893/- but presently my account balance is showing Rs. 7226.06/-(attached).
Pls help me out from this fraudulence.

I taken gold loan jan 2014 till date i personal problem causes does not repay loan yesterday i go to icici bank branch parbhani these bank officer say you pay 97487/-

Recharge of airtel dish tv for amount 285/- & 285/- made thr icici net banking with payment transaction id [protected] & [protected] not successful
