ICICI Bank — Auto debit return

Hi,

Due to the corona crisis, in the month of June, my account balance was low and then my mutual fund Franklin presented a payment request for that month to icici auto debit mode.

Due to insufficient funds, ICICI has deducted 500 rupees(+GST) from my account but when I asked them to refund they refused to do so.

I asked Franklin investment company(mutual fund owner) for this, they told me they had not purchased any fund for that month in my account. Why did ICICI deducting unnecessary charges?

I told to customer care executive but he refused to give me a waiver or refund in this hard coronatimes.

Could you please help me in this.
