ICICI Bank — Auto debit return fee and harassment by calling 50 times in a day

I have not applied for any auto debit facility but they are charging me auto debit return fee which i asked them to remove so that i can pay my bill but they are not solving the problem and now my due date for payment has passed and they are charging fine and late payment fee. After all these charges their cx support team is harassing me by calling 40 to 50 times in a day and even after explaining the issue they are not helping and calling from different number.
