[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Auto debit return fee charged | |||||
I have been charged with auto-debit return fee plus st. I made the the payment on 9/6/17. My due date is 11/6/17. Due to some technical glitch in your payment gateway, the payment got received by you on 12/6/17. Whats my fault in this and why should i bear the charges for this. The customer service is pathetic who is not eager to help. On phone they are like, its our bank policy, do what ever you can but you have to pay the charges. On mail you say, You are our esteemed customer and we value your relationship with icici bank. However, based on the bank policy, we are unable to reverse any charge on your card account. We regret our inability to comply for the reversals in the credit card account.' Why do you guys regret... You should be proud of your company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
