[Resolved] ICICI Bank — auto deduction by icici bank against wpp | |||
Dear sir, A withdrawal of inr 1899 has happened from my account in the name of wpp-sr[protected]new policy-. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that icici is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. kindly verify your signature in the application form filled if any(ask them to show you the same). definitely will not match might be forged for closing their targets. kindly write to below mentioned mail id. if you have already wrote then wait for 30days then approach banking ombudsman. ask the bank to give the clarification and explanation in writting that why it has happened. submit all your evidence.
