[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Auto deduction of money from my account | |
Dear sir, A Withdrawal of INR 1899, has happened from my account on 18/8/2021 in the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_ New Policy. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that ICICI is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorised for any policy & I request the concerned authority look into this and release the money back to my account. Was this information helpful? | |
