I have been charged 390.49 against transaction remarks ecsrtnchgs050318_sr[protected]gst

Can't make out any feasible possibility which lead to such a deduction...

Need a complete understanding of this kind of charges.

Want to get rid of any strings attached to my bank account which have attracted such charges.

Without any prior notice these charges are being deducted from my account.

I have received ECS Charges on my bank account. I would like to Know, On what basis you have collected the charges, Neither i have any intimation nor i authorized to initiate this Charges.

I am using this channel as there is no proper channel provided in internet banking for registering the ECS related Complaints
