[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Auto generate account statement not received

Dear Sir,

We had Current Account named Mahavir Agencies with A/c. No.[protected] with ICICI Bank Ltd. (Moti Khavdi Branch) since long time.
Every month our above a/c statement (Auto Generated) received via e-mail & courier also. But from November - 2013, we had not received any account statement via e-mail or courier. We had lodged our complain with ICICI Bank - Jamnagar Main Branch. But every month they told us that U received statement via e-mail next month. But till date we have not received our account statement in our e-mail.

Sir, we are face so many difficulties for the same.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
