Dear concerned, I hold ICICI Platinum chip credit card. Last week I got call from ICICI executive and they forced me to accept Wallet protection plan which is chargeable @INR 1299. I have told that I am not at all interested but they forced like a hell. They were justifying that other banks will automatically debit with out informing. Now money got deducted from my account and I don't want this plan. Also I would like to surrender this card to free from inherent charges. Kindly do the needful. Regards, Dharmendra P.

    Hi, myself suvarun bhowmick, due to unsuccessful attempts my ICICI netbanking login id bacame disabled. When I went to the nearest ICICI bank, they told me that it can be solved only by calling customer care, but after calling almost 100 times, I was unable to reach them. So, in this kind of situation, how it is possible to enable my netbanking login id & password? Immidiate help will be highly appreeciated. Regards, Suvarun

      HI, On 22nd of February I went to IDBI bank ATM for withdrawing some money. I inset my ICICI card in machine and enter my pin. After entering my pin Machine got close. I wait some time and press “cancel” button many times and left that place. After that I went to UCO bank ATM (Which was 2 km away from the IDBI bank) and withdraw some money. But I got two messages one for my actual transition another for which I didn’t done. I raise this concern to ICICI bank many times but they didn’t respond me. They ask for some time every time. Some of request ID are mention here SR[protected], SR[protected], and SR[protected]. There is near about 40 second differences between two transitions (Fraud and actual) which are given below. Fraud Transaction Message Dear Customer, Thank you for banking with ICICI Bank. You have used your Debit Card linked to Account XXXXXXXX9155 for a Cash Withdrawal of INR 10, 000.00 at an ATM on[protected]:18:11.       ICICI — Housing Loan Closure

      My housing loan account lbdel[protected] for Rs. 25, 00, 000was closed in October 2008 and this was taken over by PNB. However, CIBIL, this account is not showing as closed. Now when i am applying for a new loan my outstanding Liability is showing as 50 lac.
      ICICI are not doing their work in Back end well and spoiling my credit standing.

I had done IRDA Certification for specified person of the branch (Burra Bazaar branch Kolkata) in 2011 and in Dec 2012. I have resigned from the services, but no clearance certificate for the same has been received by me. Request you to help me with soft-copy/or post for the same at the earliest.           ICICI Bank is seriously disgusting, they are Charging 150 Rupees per Cash deposit as 3rd Part Deposits and then they are charging 160 Rupees for ANW Charges. WTF is this? 29/03/2014 By Cash :1500 ANW-Chrgs :150.00 S-Tax :1 Cr. 1, 331.46 29/03/2014 To:0566CNANWCHG, 0566SL00STAX Dr. 169.00 So Total amount I got from 1500 Cash deposit : 1162 Rupees and this is not enough, I got two more charges of same amount 169 Rupees yesterday when there was no cash deposit done. 28/03/2014 To:0055CNANWCHG, 0055SL00STAX Dr. 169.00 To:0337CNANWCHG, 0337SL00STAX Dr. 169.00 One cash deposit was done on 20th march 20/03/2014 To:6288CNANWCHG, 6288SL00STAX Dr. 169.00 20/03/2014By Cash :8000 ANW-Chrgs :150.00 S-Tax :18.54 Cr. 7, 831.46 In 8000 same 150+169 Rupees deducted. This is how one of the top bank of India is making money. Great. You guys are seriously taking care of your customers. I can share more details via email.

          ICICI bank is really disgusting.. they have charged 150+tax for ANW charges.. Someone transferred 4000 Rs through cash but why they deducted the amount..Tell us now.. Otherwise I have to close the account. do you think 150rs is free for us to send you?

            Hi Team I am having Salary account in ICICI from last 1.5 years and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited as SMAB Chgs-Jan14+Stax 43.26 i.e INR 393.26 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no Information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. This is really ridiculous as my money is deducted with out my notice. Thanks, SAURABH PATEL

              I am fighting with ICICI bank for their fraud from last 5 months and even RBI ombudsman is covering the issue to protect them. my appeal is as follows:-

              Sub: Appeal Against Closing Complaint against ICICI Bank Ltd Centralized Acc Branch (Credit Card) by Off Banking Ombudsman Delhi Banking Lokpal Scheme 2006 para 11(1). Dated 21.3.14

              Sir,
              It refers my complaint against fraud by Credit Card dept of ICICI Bank and subsequent complaint to head service department ICICI bank as well as FIR with Rajori Garden Police Station Delhi. Reference my complaint no. RBI-COMPLAINT NO-[protected]-ICICI BANK. The particulars of information under BLS 2006 and subsequent disposal as closing it is as follows (copies enclosed):-
              1. Please refer to ICICI Bank Credit Card 4477 XXXX XXXX 9009.
              2. A transaction was made in my account at mid night for Rs 22002.99 and SMS sent.
              3. Since mid night I got worried to approached all channel to stop the payment but till * AM next day no one accepted the complaint and refused to stop transaction
              4. After it got registered after 24 hrs after lot of persuasion, I filed FIR than only bank conveyed complaint number as 'ICICICARE=[protected]' ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD.
              5. The credit was giving back on 19 Nov after 2 months 5 days, as the merchant could not substantiate the claim for the transaction of September 15, 2013 for Rs. 22, 002.99, The final credit has been processed on November 19, 2013
              6. Icici bank declared it as the dispute is resolved in my favor. But decline to disclose the details of party caused this fraud. Covered them under umbrella of RBI ruling not to inform client
              7. I filed complaint to Banking Ombudsman and accepted on 16 Jan 2014
              8. RBI asked to wait till bank conveys the decision, Icici repeated its’ stand in Mar 2014.
              9. I dis agreed with their decision and informed RBI Ombudsman.
              10. I was informed on 21. 3. 14 that complaint is closed
              11. Therefore appeal if produced on 26th Mar 2014.

              Relief Sought:

              1. Interest on the amount for the period amount debited by ICICI Bank and further credited to my account at the same rate of interest if I am defaulter for delay in clearing bank dues.
              2. Rs one lacs for mental agony and harassment to me and time spent by me in all activities to make aware the authorities.
              3. Since wrong debit is accepted. Whether bank employee is part of act if so fraud party be disclosed
              4. Action taken against the individual/ party involved in this fraud.
              5. On 28.214 I enquired from RBI OMBUDSMAN about status again confirming my disagreement to bank decision.
              6. On 3rd Mar 2014, VIJAY PATHAK ASSISTANT MANAGER OFFICE OF THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN informed that complaint is in process.
              7. Still on 20 mar 2014 RBI OMBUDSMAN closed complaint stating as if I agree with bank decision but no such communication ever made by me to ICICCI Bank or RBI OMBUDSMAN.
              8. Without giving a chance or giving hearing to my dis-agreement, how ombudsman closed my complaint.
              9. I do not agree with RBI OMBUDSMAN decision announced on 20/21 Mar 2014.
              10. Details of sequential date sheet is enclosed as APPENDIX

                        I've applied for ICICI Bank Credit Card in Nov. '12. While applying for Credit Card the bank executive informed me that the annual renewal charges will be waived off if I'll complete the total transactions of Rs. 30, 000 in a year. I've completed the transaction of Rs. 30, 000 in first 5 months only but still bank has charged Rs. 500 + Service Tax in the month of Nov ' 13. When I called the ICICI BAnk customer care for this they told me that instead of Rs. 30, 000 I should have done to transactions of Rs. 50, 000 to get the charges waived off. I've asked them if this is the case then please send me the scanned copy of the application form which was signed by me while applying for Credit Card on which it was metnioned charges will be waived off after completing transactions of Rs. 50, 000 in a year. But bank refused me to send me the scanned copy of application form. So I wanted to file a case on the bank as their executive has provided wrong information, also bank is not providing me the proof that I've accepted the clause of completing the transactions of Rs. 50, 000 in a year to get my charges waived off. This is truly unprofessional from a bank like ICICI as by doing this they are harrasing their customers.

Further this was the only reason why my CIBIL score was being hit (which I just found out while applying to a credit facility and that is really shocking me) even though I maintain very good financial relationship...

                            I would like to inform you that, the payment shows successful in my account. But is still not deposited in the beneficiary’s details.

                            I had been coordinating with ICICI bank for the same, they have send me the settlement copy for the same stating the amount is been transferred.

                            The same details were forwarded to HDFC but there is no response.
                            I don't know what to do now.

                              I had made a purchase of 1 samsung grand in feb 2013 against emi in icici credit card. The bill detail received in april had not converted the purchase in emi and my due amount was rs 22500. I made a complaint of the same on toll free no. where I was requested to sent a mail to plutus which is handling the backend services to convert the purchase into emi. A mail was sent as requested and next month bill was received for the emi amount only. However in the month of may the bill received for the credit card consisted of 2 emis insted of one as I only 1 purchase was done. The information of thr same was sent to the bank via email and toll free no where it was informed that the 2nd emi will be cancelled. However month after month I was receiving 2 emis. Email and t environment telephone exchanges were done with icici bank. I have credit limit of 35000 and the credit card nill showes purchase of 43000, how was it possible. After paying my 6 scheduked emis I had stopped making payments and I started receiving mail and telepjones to deposit the due amount. I was visited by the person authorised by bank to collect the dues, the same story was told to them. However no action was taken. I made a complaint in ombudsman however it was more of an eye wash as per them the matter has been settled. I have salary account with icici bank. My salary credited for the month of feb was blocked by the bank for the due amount of credit card. A mail was sent to bank to release the same. A phone was received in response to the mail howevef no action has been taken by the bank. So before taking a legal recourse I wanted to ask Pheradar for help as my whole salary has been blocked and account is showing balance of - (minus) 6000/- as the total amount due was 38000/-.

                                I wold like to bring this frustrated experience in front of you. Being an wealth and old customer of ICICI bank also suggested by you, I have opted home loan from ICICI Bank. Home Loan agent has collected all required documents for loan from me after calling and asking him many time. He never turned and confirmed any details as he should be as customer representative of ICICI bank. Even though my loan amount is confirmed but I have not received any details of it. Later, I came to know that my loan amount is not covering STAMP duty and registration due to which I will have to shell out almost 2 lakhs extra to full fill 20% own contribution. I was not in position to arrange this much amount in less than 5 days as I promised to builder. YOU GUYS HAVE PUT MY REPUTATION AT STAKE. I was getting better loan option from LIC as well as from AXIS bank; denying them would be my big mistake. I am getting rate interest from 10.15% to 10.25% where as ICICI is charging me 10.50%. I am paying more with this pathetic service. On 14th March; these guys have charged me Rs. 7, 500/- as processing fees and not even bother to ask me where I am going to avail it or not. When I contacted. HL agent, he said you can avail this loan any time; even if you cancel your current property then also you can use this loan. ICICI Bank employee thinks that we do not have any other work and simply waste our time to find out various properties. P.S.: IF ANYONE IS EVERY LOOKING FOR HOME LOAN THEN PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR ICICI BANK. They even forget meaning of customer service.

My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice in last 3 months. 26/12/2013 SMAB Chgs-Nov13+Stax 43.26 393.26 16/01/2014 SMAB Chgs-Dec13+Stax 43.26 393.26 22/02/2014 SMAB Chgs-Jan14+Stax 43.26 393.26 I tried contact the mandideep branch but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006

                                  I have saving account from last 7 years in ICICI bank but from last 3 month 280.90 Rs is deducting from my account without any information. I am really very much frustate this type of behaviour by ICICI bank. Please help me regarding that.

                                  Hi, I am PRATIK JAIN having a bank account in ICICI Raipur pachpedi branch from more than 3 years and my BANK A/C No.[protected] My contact number is : +[protected] (Currently out of India) I was just checking my bank statement and found that My account has been debited by SMAB charges thrice in last 2 months which is not acceptable also without any prior notice .Please find attached receipt for reference .

                                  Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities as this is clear violation of rules without adequate prior notice to the customer .

                                  Being a customer since long it happened to me although I have several other accounts ...But it was not expected from ICICI ..

                                    Dear Sir, I have been using icici credit card from long time and i have swipped the card and converted into EMI's and paid all the EMI's on time, after that without my notice they have provided me ICICI prudential life insurance and at the same time we have informed to bank stating that i have never buy any life insurance and why did you swipped the card without our notice, they said that they will enquire and get back to us, but we diidnt got any update from them and now they are harrassing us day and night by calling and using abuse words.                                       I, Ravindra Shrivastava, residing at Ghaziabad, is holder of credit card [protected]. I got an SMS the text from ICICI Bank which is reproduced below on 7th March 2014 at 7:12 PM. I have not done this transaction and is not in my knowledge. I have never shared my password with anybody, but Bank has charged my account with such a huge sum of money. Sir, I have contacted the Customer care immediately after came to know about the fake transaction that does not belongs to me and reported them the same. I have requested the customer to stop payment to this transaction and block the money and refund back to my account. The customer care is not ready to stop payment (said by the representative). The bank is also not taking up the case on priority to stop such fake payment even on my request. The transaction being done without my knowledge and the Bank should must help me to recover my amount. Further on my own I have checked the detail of transaction through the Customer care Icici Bank where purchases made and requested them to not to honour this transaction as I have not made this and someone else has done fraudulently without my knowledge and authority. The transaction for 5000 INR on March 7, 2014; 19:10:24 hrs at Airtel Bill Pay. I got to know by SMS alert the text of same is reproduced at the end of this letter. Transaction Detail :- transaction Number:- 365859 Merchant Id :-[protected] (Airtel Bill Pay)5000/- Requested kindly to stop payment for these transaction immediately and ad help your customer from getting out of the fraud. I authorize the bank to stop this payment and again undertakes that I have not done this transaction and is no case belongs to me. I have never given my password to anybody else and the chances are that the there might be some leakage from bank side also.
