[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Available balance and total available balance

I transfer the amount of rs 14400 to icici sb account, for payment of icici credit card

When I am trying to pay the cc bill using I mobile app of icici it was decline due to insufficient balance. But the amount is showing in sb account but i am unable pay due to this disturbance.

Without intimation they holding my amount..
I don't have any debts relating to this sb account.

Total available balance: 14435/-
Available balance: 5835/-

I am unable pay the credit cad bill of icici..

I need justice for this.

I have transferred 50, 000 from my Chase account through Xoom to ICICI account on May 31st 2023 and i am not still seeing that amount in my ICICI account.its June 6ht now, the transaction is showing up as successful. what do i have to do to get the money.
