[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Bad customer service | |||
Bad customer service provided. I am with the bank for the last 10 years and a simple help i requested to update my number received very very bad customer service. i will close all my accounts with the bank and will suggest others not to open accounts here ever. the banking industry has advanced significantly, but icici bank is busy targeting new clients instead of serving the existing clients better.
