ICICI Bank — Bad service from bank

I had apply a personal loan in icici bank on 15 Dec 2016 but still I dint get any response from icici bank today date is 12 Jan 2017. Bad experience from icici bank employee vaibhav from sangli br.416416
My account no is[protected] shreyash shah. Almost I call him 25 time in this 2-3 day but no reply. Some one has to take steps against this matter
