My name is praveen, some amount from 413 rs was detected from my account when i contacted customer care they said about loan but i did not take lone from icici. I have see this is issue from many people from icici bank please take action on it. I have taken loan on oye not from icici i paid late charges ti oye but why icici detected amount from me.
