[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Bank Account Closing Delay | |||||
I had two accounts with ICICI bank, one is salary Account & other is Reimbursable Account. These were closed from my end by personally visiting and written request by completing all the formalities in ICICI Bank, Thane (Main Branch) on 15/06/2015. Thereafter, there was no single originated communication from ICICI bank, so I have raised a complain on the portal on 26/08/2015. Then suddenly on 8/9/2015, I have received DD of amount Rs. 1535.3(dtd.[protected] without any letter/message, closing statements etc. I have not deposited the DD since it is received too late and without any statement. I am continuously making follow up of my complain from 26/06/2015 till date, however no conclusive answer I have received from ICICI Bank complain portal till date. There were only mails and phones stating reply will be on 4/09/2015, 10/09/15, 12/09/15 and now they are stating the reply on 24/09/2015. I strongly disappointed with ICICI bank on this kind of negligence and wanted to fine ICICI bank for the trouble given to me. Regards, Suyog Bhave. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thanks for your reply. As per your advice, I have already sent mail to [protected]@icicibank.com mentioning UID (a2wr4c) in the subject line on 24th Sept 2015. However, till today there is no reply from ICICI. As I mentioned earlier, I am chasing ICICI bank from last month 28th Aug 2015, and already crossed all the levels of ICICI complain portal - (http://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page). There is no any single conclusive mail, only ICICI is giving future dates, now I have received mail(from Mr. Saurabh Singh, Senior General Manager and Head - Customer Service) stating they will reply on7th Oct 2015. I suppose, the reputed bank like ICICI should not require 1 month to resolve a simple issue related to account closure. Hoping for receive a positive and conclusive reply from ICICI Bank.
