[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Bank account closure without intimation.

ICICI bank closed my account without intimating to me and I just got the message that your account has been closed and your balance is Zero. Even on their app, they deleted my account details without giving any reason. They also closed my I-Wish account, and when I approached their customer care, they had no answers. They were just making assumptions that may be because of KYC, or maybe that and that, my account has been closed. But no right answers. All this happened just before Diwali when these people will close their bank for days and asked me to visit the branch office for clarification.

I was active with this account, and open an Iwish account, then also open my NPS account through my ICICI account, all this happened only after the KYC verification. This is pure mental harassment, and they are casually asking to not worry when they have closed my account with money for no reason.
