[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Bank account freezed

I have been an icici account holder since last 2 months and have been using it as a salary account since then. Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. On last week Friday, I visited bank to update my KYC. They've said their environment is down. Finally Tuesday the branch had done the online KYC. Even today my bank account is still on freeze. This is very unprofessional on behalf of the bank and i will have to bear monetory loss because of not being able to transfer amount today itself.
Now i am seriously thinking of changing my salary account to some other bank (canara or back to SBI) which is professional and would also suggest others not to use such an unprofessional bank.

I'm sending an email to the business heads today. My branch is located in PMG Complex, 5-82-2, Lakshmipuram Main Rd, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522002

I've visited the branch 3 times (14, 18, 20 of August) till today for this purpose. Lakshmi Komatiguntla had done my eKYC on Tuesday and still they are saying that the signature is not yet uploaded & when I've asked them who is responsible and how much time it will take, no one knows who is responsible and they even don't know who handle them. Some of them saying it will take 1-2 working days, some of them saying 15 working days.

I'm unable to transact since 3+ Weeks.
How am I looking to icici ? Enough I've decided to move my salary account back to SBI, which is far better than this fraudster one. I've wasted enough time here
