[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Bank charging me for unknown services for last 5 years | |||
I have salary account since june 2011 in icici bank, i never activated any paid service like money manager, but every month bank deduct rs.28.75 from my salary account. I ask to customer care they said this is charges for money manager I really do not know what is money manager, i never activate this nor use ever. I cant use it because i don't have that service... Today i notice that icici website show me this popup to subscribe to money manager — means i am not subscriber till yet - See attachment Even customer care executive cant tell me when i activate this service, as he said they don't have data available to check. I requested for money back, which is clearly theft from my account. I know icici bank has too many rich client who never care for small charges like this, actually they dont have time to see what bank charging them...
