[Resolved] ICICI Bank — bank refuse to take cash for depositing | |||
Icici banks working time is 9:30am to 4:30pm. At 4:10pm, i went to a icici branch for depositing cash. Employees directly refused to take cash cause of heavy amount of 10 lacs with having some 100 currency notes. I am also belongs with banking line. I requested to branch manager also but he also do the same and asking me what you will if same thing happen with you at 4:29pm, i replied that i will do my job and giving proper service to customer Was this information helpful? | |||
