[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Behaviour of bank staff | |||||
We have a joint account at icici bank which was opened at Orissa. Later on stage I have transferred the account at Kolkata, behala branch. But regret to say that whenever my wife visited the branch, they enforced her to open an bank account in spite of her unwilling ness. Even today at this critical situation also when my wife visited the branch for money exchange / withdrawal, the staff of branch enforced her for open an account instead of helping her by providing exchanged money. Ultimately they returned back her showing illogical excuses. We are very much annoyed and unhappy by the way the staff of ICICI bank at Behala chowrasta have behaved with us.
