Worst service ever. Most of the employees have no knowledge about banking. Executive samresh iqbal and manager abhishek mishra of beliaghata branch only knows how to fool consumers. They give fake promises but never stay on their words. Will never deal with this branch ever and will also suggest everyone to stay away from this branch of icici bank.

Updated by Neelam Shaw Screenshot of Watsapp message where the executive has promised to come to my house but never responded. Unauthorized Debits and many more fake promises by the executive and bank manager.
