[Resolved] ICICI Bank — block debit card twice in 3 months without informing | |
They blocked my card twice in three months without informing me. I was standing in mall doing transaction and they said transaction is declined. When i called customer care they said me take its card it has lots of benefits just pay 700 rs. I said okay. When i seen online that benefits are just to make fool. They said already you are paying 300 rs plus tax. When i called again they said you are paying 150 plus tax. When i called third time they said you are not paying anything. They are not giving any proper information. Then they said you are getting coral card and now we cant change it. Again i called they said ok we have changed your card from coral paywave to normal. Next day when i called to confirm again it was coral paywave only. They they said u can go to branch and get instant card. I reached branch they said we dont have card. From past three days i am just calling customer care of icici and not getting any solution. Was this information helpful? | |
