Hi,
I am customer of ICICI bank from last 12 yrs. I applied for credit card on 14th Nov online and provide all documents to ICICI representative.
I got msg on 28th Nov rfom Blue dart that they unable to deliver card due to wrong address ( This was not case as i am staying here from last 4 yrs).
Further I called to Blue Dart Representative on 29th Nov and they noted down my both cell# and stated me that card will deliver today between 12:30 to 6 pm but its not happen. when i call again in evening the another represenatative of Blue dart told me that due to unavaliblity of extension and department name we are unable to delivery which is funny!!!
Further I provided the same and ask them to deliver it on 4th Dec as i was on leave on 2nd and 3rd dec. I dont received any call from blue dart on 4th dec . When i called them the blue dart representative told me that card is return to bank due to keeping card more than 7 days.
I am surprised the way ICICI bank and Blue dart is working. Today I got call from ICICI bank representative and he told me that card will get deliver soon. He ask me about my debit card number on phone which i think is dangerous and stupid question. I have denied the person and before i had a discussion he has cut the phone.
I dont think ICICI bank wil take any action on that . I will surely shout on this with Senior management of ICICI bank in written and in person.
