Dear online job finder this is Anish Kumar Mandal Former founder of ICICI bank & and Hdfc bank. When It was started I was the business concept provider of thiese company. I provide them free of cost because they are poor and unemployed. They promise me when company will reputed they give me 2 lach Rupees, but after 3 months they gained but they give me not 1.Rupee even Rs.5000. They are popular in web business India . . They are MAFIA DON and his company is going under fraude case in civil act in India Coart. I prevent over web but please never joint there email me [protected]@gmail.com

    My ICICI loan account no - LPCHE[protected] - I got a call today (october 3rd, 2013) saying that i have to pay around Rs.6000+ for bouncing and other charges for the loan that was closed in 2009. They told that i have cleared all the EMI but there were bouncing and other charges which I need to pay now (after 4 years of closing the loan) and also they threatened me that if I dont pay the due charges, then they will Auto-debit from my ICICI saving bank account. I am really shocked to see how ICICIBANK is treating its customers in a very UNPROFESSIONAL manner and I told them that I dont owe any dues as i have paid the due charges as well when the last EMI was paid after waiver, and asked them to check properly, I also told that i will raise this issue in all consumer forums if any amount is auto-debited from my savings account now towards the due charges. I request through this forum to ICICI bank to revert and resolve the issue, as its completely unacceptable, failing which I will seek help from all to raise this issue in all forums. I wonder how Government is allowing such practices by banks to take customers for granted and harass them even after 4 years of loan closing.

      Sir, I had made a purchase from Country Club India on using my ICICI Bank Credit Card *3000 on 15 May 2012. Country Club officials however refused to provide me with the promised service as well as the invoices for my payment. Following this, on the same day I opened a dispute for my credit card payments. The dispute was settled in October 2012 (outside the 60 days timeline set by the bank). However, I was abroad during this time and I did not receive any notifications on the result of the dispute. It was only after I proactively contacted the bank in December 2012, that I came to know that the dispute had been settled in the bank's favour. The bank had tried calling me on my contact number but as I was abroad I was not able to take these calls. No intimation was however given on my registered email address. By Jan 2013 the bank had charged a significant amount of interest on the principal amount. In April they lien marked my bank account with an amount of Rs 104, 000. On 30/September 2013 the bank lien marked another bank account in my name with an amount of Rs 110, 000. As of now the total amount being blocked by the bank is more than what is due from me to the bank. I have been trying to persuade the representatives of ICICI Bank Credit Cards Collection Department to waive of the ineterest amount or at least remove the lien marks from one of the bank accounts. They are however adamant that I pay the sum of Rs 110, 000 and not the outstanding principal of Rs 90, 000 or the lien marked earlier of Rs 104, 000. My ICICI Bank Account Numbers are: [protected]Magarpatta Branch Pune) Lien marked for Rs 104140 on reimbursement account [protected]Camp Branch Pune) Lien marked for Rs 110906 on salary/savings account The total blocked amount is nearly twice the amount due from me. The bank should remove the lien mark from one of these accounts. I have also been trying to negotiate a settlement with the bank but the bank representatives are adamant that I will have to pay the full amount and whatever interests are charged over it even though I was in touch with their customer care, collection teams and local representatives constantly. As my consumer court case against Country Club is still underway I had requested that the bank show some leniency and waive off the interest, at least in part.         Hi

        I am account holder of ICICI bank since 2005. In the month of Sep 2013 my ECS has been return and Bank has chaged me the reverse charges on 14 sep 2013 Rs 38 and on 21 sep 2013 395. I agree i done a mistake so i have penalize for the same.

        Bank has again debit the account with Rs 355 on 30 sep 2013 in refrence of reverse charges and i told them that i had a word with the HDFC bank CC as per the bank once the ECS has been return they have not represent the ECS so that i made the paymen by cash to the collection agency ( Receipt No[protected] on 10 Sep 2013 and they have not represent the ECS again.

        I have reverify the same with the HDFC bank about the same they told me the same once ECS return they have not represent again.

        I had a word with the team he is not ready to listen as per him the deduction is correct.

        I have very much worried and mentally presure so that i will request to pls help me on the same and return the amount with the penalty.

        Surprise you guys feel sorry your customer care supervisors tried the customer that they have done a crime to call to cc.
        They spoke to the person like they have came for recovery call.
        They proof the subscriber you are totally wrong what we are said its absoulute right without understand the customer issue.

        They follow the trend cust - se - mar = customer.

        Pls trained your team to treat the client as a subscriber.

          Its a matter of shame and embarrassment for such an prestigious organization like icici bank to have corruption in practise. One of their verification executive called me today and told me that he is verifying my given address in application form. I informed him that I am an government officer and now i am transferred to delhi. I asked me that whether I want a positive or negative verification report. I told him that I want it positive he can come and verify my new address. He told me that its not necessary and mere meeting with me will solve the purpose as he want to verify my identification proofs. I asked him the process he said me to meet at shahadara metro station. I asked him to come at my office in delhi which he said that its not allowed to them. As i needed the card I told him that I can meet him at vaishali metro station after office hours, to which he agreed. I reached at vaishali metro at 6 pm and waited for him for around 25 minutes. He came and asked my details and my id card which I showed to him. He recorded them in his notepad. Then I said him thank you and he asked me for favor in terms of money (500 INR). I strongly refused it and warned him that I am going to do complaint against him to bank. Then he in return threatened me that he will give a negative report and I wont be able to apply for card in next 6-8 months. I said its ok I will handle the issue. Due to this incident i am deeply hurt as i am a customer of ICICI Bank since last 10 years and this incident has deteriorated my faith in ICICI Bank as banker.

              Dear Sir/Madam, This complaint letter is to bring to your notice that for the last couple of months me (Arup Kundu) & my family, now a resident of Plot no. 157, Kesar Vatika Flat 2, Vashi, Sector 28, Mumbai and facing extreme problem due to frequent calls from ICICI Bank Credit Card Recovery Agents. These frequent calls are made from the following numbers with the respective names as mentioned for recovery on card numbers [protected] & [protected]: 1. 033 –[protected]Mr. Majumder / Mr. Sukanta Mandal & other tele-callers named Soma, etc.) 2. +91 [protected] (Mr. Sukanta Mandal) 3. +91 [protected] (Mr. Vijay Agarwal & Team from Delhi) 4. +91 [protected] (Mr. Vijay Agarwal & Team from Delhi) The said recovery agents have gained access to my Vashi residence landline, thus are making frequent calls regarding non-payment of dues against the said credit cards. It has been repeatedly informed that there is no such due as it has already been cleared long back, as per payment receipt dated 24/07/2013. Still the recovery officials are harassing me & my family for more payments. The recovery agents have also gained access to telephone numbers of my in-laws in Kolkata & thus are making lewd calls every day to disturb my in-laws as well. My mother is a heart patient & my mother-in-law has recently recovered from a cerebral attack. It was informed to the agents not to make such calls & follow the Collection Code of Conduct. But the agents / bank officials are ignorant about maintaining such code. They also threaten to make more harsh call in future as well if I do not pay more. Since it has become increasingly difficult to manage the situation over the phone calls, thus I am producing a written complaint of the situation.                 I have visited ICICI BANK RAEBAREILLY for sending money to my brother. Than Bank Manager comes to me and ask me to take PENSION plan. And Give me detail if I deposit One lac three thousand Monthly I will get One Lac Monthly after 15th year. I believe on him and transfer One lac from My account. I have purchase Pension Plan on 5th September. But still I have not get any document or receipt of my pension plan. When I ask bank to give the status of my plane they had given me incorrect detail. That they have send me on 9th September with speed post Number- eh[protected]in .

                Only I get message from ICICI that my pension plan number is 1804394. And Branch Name from where i Purchase this plan is.

                    I had subscribed for Active Trader service provided by ICICI Direct from January, 2013. It is a offline service wherein ICICI Direct authorises a relationship banker to transact on my behalf through my Demat account. The total amount paid by me was Rs 2 lakhs out of which Rs.2500 was towards brokerage and the rest of the money for trading. I had only the viewing rights on the Demat account. Transactions were made in consultation with me by my relationship banker, based on the recommendations received by them.. But, we ended making a lot of losses. Till end of July 20133, I made losses to the extent of Rs 128857. I decided to stop the service with immediate effect and hence, requested ICICI Direct ATS helpdesk to stop the ATS service with immediate effect and transfer the balance available on my account. This request was for conversion of the offline account to Online account. After sending 2 reminders, ATS helpdesk responded to me on 12th August, 2013 requesting me to complete the request form attached to the email and to submit it to the nearest ICICI Bank that offers demat services/ ICICI Direct office. I had submitted the request form on the same day i.e (12th August, 2013) in the ICICI Direct branch in Sector 14, Gurgaon and I was told that the request will be closed within 7 working days. As there was no response from ATS helpdesk till 20th August, I wrote a mail to them requesting the status of my request on 21st August. I received a response only on 28th August, mentioning that the request cannot be completed as there is a balance on the brokerage amount of Rs. 240. I was told that the brokerage amount should either be utilised by trading through the ATS service or can be transferred to my account and can be paid back to me only on a condition that I have to take the same brokerage plan, post conversion of my account from offline to online. I had given my consent to transfer the brokerage balance to my account on 30th August, 2013 and still have not received any update on the status of my request. ICICI Direct has been holding an unutilised amount of Rs 75000 (balance after losses made on the Rs. 2 lakhs paid by me) & also the brokerage amount since 26th July. No action is being taken by them to convert my account into online. Not only has ICICI bank been making profits on brokerage while I had to suffer the losses, now by their inaction for such a long time, they have been enjoying my funds also. I need my account converted immediately and the balance on ATS account transferred along with interest and compensation for enjoying my funds.

                      hi iam Ramesh karaddi i have an salary A/C in ICICI my A/C number is[protected], last month salary was credited 17,510 last week i went to ICICI ATM to reacharge currency to my moblie 10 RS was debited in my A/C but i didn't get currecy to my mobile, then after 2 days 20 RS was diducted with any Reason when i called to customer care they replied that i have with drawn amt from ATM But i didn't with drawn single time, and now my available balance is 17,480 how can i with drawn 1,2 RS in ATM Please help me to resolve this issue.

                        Deasr Sir,

                        This is related to a cheque issued by me to LIC india for a premium payment amounting to Rs.19142.30/-
                        cheque no 138415.But on Sep-06-2013 I received an sms from the bank that my cheque got dishonoured due to encoding/enlisting error and the amount mentioned was Rs.17142.30/- which according to my understanding has been misinterpreted from the cheque.

                        As a reason I had to pay Rs.125 as a fine to LIC India.

                        I have that cheque with clear figures written and could not find a justifiable reason for this cheque return.

                        I would be grateful if you can provide a resolution to this issue so that I can claim the fine amount from the Bank.

                            I the undersigned, Mr. Mujeeb Khan credit card holder (credt card no.5xxxx6005) regret to inform that I am unhappy with the behavior of ICICI Bank consumer service staff. I am always prompt in making payments of the credit card. I recently issued a cheque, amounting to Rs.12,818 (rupees twelve thousand eight hundred and eighteen only) but on 16th September 2013, I received an SMS stating that the cheque has been returned. I contacted the customer service late night and they could not give me a proper reply. I contacted my bank viz. Corporation Bank, Mira Road branch and they informed me that no cheque was presented for encashment by ICICI Bank. Having got this details I contacted the customer service once again and I was connected to Archana, senior official who blankly refused to give me the reason for sending back the cheque. I mentioned to her that I had contacted my bank and they had shown me the computer where entries of cash / cheques deposited and credited were maintained. I further added that there was no mention of any cheque returned to ICICI Bank. I told her to mail me the details so that I could check where the problem lay but she refused to give me any details and added that she will not return the cheque. I warned her of approaching the consumer court with my grievance if she did not furnish me the complete details.                                 Dear Team, I am writing this mail with a big pain. I am a previledged customer of your bank with Salary Account no:[protected] and Credit Card no:- [protected]. Against my credit card there was no default in payment ( at least on minimum due payment), no cheque bounce till May 2013. Last year,2012 July and Sept I have made two payments against my credit card on HDFC bank. Surprisingly both the cheque has not been presented in my bank for clearance. When I have enquired about this to your customer care they told that there was some wrong entry in the chq so it was not presented, instantly I have paid the amount in cash. Once I have paid through neft transfer but as it was not showing on your system I have paid again by cash and the payemnt on net banking followed by next day. So during that period there was only me who has cooperated with your bank in all the time on payment related issue. Since last December 2012, I have asked for the aforesaid two chqs to return me to clarify about the wrong entry I have done. I have send telephonically reminder repeatedly to your customer care but there was no response from your side. Due to this I have stopped payment since June 2013 and asked for the settlement of my card. Last month I have got call from your loacl ofiice, from Mr.John Xavier[protected] and also some other person([protected]) regarding some payment of 1900/- immediately( but I have told specifically for the settlement ikn 2/3 EMI). Now you have imposed lien on my Salary account on last week without informing me anything. I know you have the authority to do that to show your ledger balance updated. Now my question is that don't you have that much of courtesy to inform me ? If somebody is paying the minimum due amount regularly, without any default then he should be given some information regarding this matter. I will pay the minimum due amount of card of Rs.7580/- tomorrow. Now if I pay the amount,then you are taking 49% interset along with principal amount, after that how that LIEN is realistic ??? Hope I will get a solution from your end. My request is to withdraw the lien amount and then the rest due amount of my card will be paid in EMI.                                   Dear Sir I Ritesh Kumar Patro,Wz-552,A/4,First Floor, Naraiana village, New Delhi-28,beg to state that,on 02/04/2013,I hade received a call from Icici bank Chennai baranch,that a fraud purchase made on your card,by www.DIRECTSPORTESHOP.INTERNET, and it is made in foreghin currency,i.e in Rs.27766.71,which in not made by me. As I have opted to purchase in Indian currency, how the bank make payment in froeghin currency, and bank is also neither give any confirmation, or any call to me it is also a mistake from bank side, regarding this I have also lodged a FIR IN Delhi Patel Nagar police station, on i.e the diary no.57B,Dt:27/04/2013,6p.m. So lastly I request you please make enquiry regarding this purchase, and revert the same .

                                    Hello, I am holding ICICI bank account, yesterday i checked my account and I saw that 28.09 rs had been debited from my account twice with follwing description "POSDEC CHG/28-08-13/0262/25ST3 ". could you please tell me what is this all about. Even i tried to get that explanation online there i found that you deduct this amount for swaping card above balance , something like that. i havent done that on that particular date. so please somebody call me on below mentioned number. I need explanation for this or else I ll try every possible way to get my money back. and i dont see one point, if such charges are there then why have u kept that hidden. why dont u make ppl aware of that. this is something ridiculus

DATE OF BIRTH, THEN THEY WTHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. SO BE CARE FULL. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS GO & MEET YOUR BRANCH MANAGER OR CALL BANK CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO. WITH REGISTERED MOBILE NO. DON’T RESPONSE ANY EMAIL ALSO. SO BE CAREFUL. ONE THING YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT CUSTOMER CARE NEVER CALL YOU OVER TELEPHONE.                                       Hi, I used by ICICI Debit card for $58.54 in USA and I was deducted Rs.10,072 from my Account. I can't imagine ICICI charging $1 = Rs.160.
