I opened ICICI Demat account and they charged me Rs.250/- while opening. Now after a year I received SMS that I have to Rs.505/- again for that. I do not know for what they are charging. I have not used that account in a year. I wanted to close but due to work I forgot. Also those guys did not inform me that I will be charged some Rs.500/- next year. otherwise I should have closed it. Kindly check and revert back. Regards, Gaurav Sotani [protected]

    I was very happy with overall professionalism of ICICIBank for more than 5 years till I opened a NPS(New Pension Scheme) account selecting them as POP. Despite of submitting my PAN card copy twice in the ICICI Bank Saltlake branch and assurance by customer support, my NPS TIER-II account got frozen because PAN card was not received by NPS authority. As a result my cheque submitted towards NPS contribution got rejected. I confirmed the same from NPS helpdesk who told they did not receive my PAN card copy from my POP, i.e. ICICI Bank though I submitted the copy not once but twice(22nd July and August 17 - 2013) at your Saltlake branch. I raised a high priority complaint with ICICI Bank customer care and mailed the bank and called them too and I was told I would be getting a call back but though it is almost 48 hours nobody thought it is important to even apologize or contact me. Never ever go with NPS account with ICICI Bank, it will be only harassment. I have faced some problem or other with every NPS transaction this year. I am not sure how can their service become so pathetic for NPS operation only.

    I have an NPS account with ICICI bank but the customer care number is not reachable i have called so many times but no response i have a question related to NPS ..can we make payment online in NPS account through ICICI .
    We middle class invest to save tax...these fraud investment manager loot our money. Whoever it is ...the NPS TIER 1 ...ICICI EQUITY ...is a fraud investment. They have swallowed 50K...to 34K in a year... wat a bank. Boot the investment manager.. left and right...
    The worst part of the tier 1 scheme is...once you make a investment scheme change... u r locked for entire year...the scheme doesn't allow 2 change again... the loss went.. on...thwy ended in eating all money. If one isn't capable... don't accept investment... and spoil the poor. Its fraud. Icici bank tier 1 equity...under NPS...is a fraud... even the government in support. Accept more change...

        Hi, As per my knowledge, NEFT is for low level amout, till 1 lakh. More that one Lakh you may need to use RTFS.

          My account was debited last month and this month also, to get the information for the same I went to my home branch but there executive like SHILPA was giving me the wrong information and when I was trying to cross Question she was very rude to me, suddenly the duty branch manager NIRANJAN GUPTA poked his nose in between the conversation and to my utter shock he was also giving me the wrong Information. I wonder how these guys got the Job in such a reputed bank where so many smart and Intelligent people are still struggling for the Job. I never knew that this will happen to me, I have been the customer of icici bank since 4yr but these guys were treating me as I am a beggar.             sir S Meenal & S Ramanathan We have a demate A/C in icici bank Annanagar Avenue Third.Chennai DP id 303028 client id xxxxxx11 Two certificates of indusind bank were sent to demate on 27/10/2013 through Annnanagar branch Chennai When we were out of our residence and came back our servant maid had handed over a cover in worn out condition .In that cover we found indusindbank cetificates ina wornout condition.The person who threw the cover near my main gate could not be identified.The worn out certificates were shown to the manager and concerned staff on 18/11/2013 This matter had been reported to HELP DESK also.Requestto take action to replace the worn out certificates with new one.               On 13/11/2013 at 1351 hrs I received an mail from ICICI Bank regarding an transaction of Rs. 4940 on my ICICI Bank credit card No. [protected]. Seeing that mail I immediately called on ICICI BANK customer care no.[protected] regarding that. Between the call when I was asking them to block the card and the transaction I received two more mail regarding two transaction of amounting to Rs.10182 & Rs.18600. The total fraud transaction was of Rs.33722. I complained them for the same also. Then the customer service executive advised me to complain the same with the local police. The same was done by me and confirmation mail with all the attachments was send to the customer service of ICICI Bank. On 15th Nov 2013 I received a mail communication from ICICI Bank that the transaction was made by my mistake only and I have to pay the amount. But why will I pay the amount when the transaction was not made by me and I have not shared the secret numbers to any one. Please help me. I am in desperate problem and harassment.

                Hi, I am Aditya Mittal, I have applied for ICICI Coral credit card this October( its been nearly 2 months). I was worried about the delay of receiving the credit card, still not have received and by a surprise I got a bill for the credit card with amount Rs. 561. Please justify paying for something without even using or even receiving it. I just want to get the card or cancel this card. This is preposterous and i don't think so that if the bank cannot track my credit card dleivery and bill properly, how come there is a gurantee that they will track my transactions carefully.                   the amount of rupees 28.9 rupees is debited from last 2 months. when i explore it on the internet i found that the amount is deducted due to insufficient balance in the other bank ATM. I dnt know why the customer is paid the amount for this. please clarify the matter

                    i have been using a Federal Bank - ICICI Bank co branded credit card for years together, atleast for more than 5 years. There was an amount due on my card, but was blocked (permanently/temporarily) without even intimating me. Why was this done ? How do i get this unblocked ? Please let me know. ICICI customer care does not give me a satisfactory reply afterall.

                        ICICI Prudential Policy number : 16862297 Branch : ICICI Bank, Sundargarh, Odisha Agent code : 7157828 In Jul'12, my mother's one of the policy matured and she withdraw a sum of 50000/-.She was willing to put the amount in fixed deposit, however she was approached by an employee of ICICI bank, who convinced her to open a new account which was some sort of "growth fund" which would pay more interest than FD, as described by the employee.My mother is not educated and hence couldn't go through the policy and trusted the employee's word for the same. However, she was sold a life insurance plan with a maturity date after 15 years. This was done even after she made it absolutely clear that the amount of 50000/- would be needed by her in the next year. Now after 1 year when she went to claim the amount, to her surprise, she was asked to pay 50000/- per year for the next 6 years as well and then after 15 years she can get the total amount and she won't get a penny now. I wish that she gets her deposited amount now and also a strong action should be taken against the agent. I have given the agent code in the beginning of my complaint. P.S: The same employees are working for ICICI bank and also ICICI prudential in Sundargarh branch ( with data access to both fronts) and hence are able to exploit the unawareness of the innocent customers.

                            I visted icici bank for fixed deposit. But I had not knowledge that ICICI bank is number one to exploit his old bank customers. Day was 28 feb 2013. employee rajesh said today is last working and closing day so I will get FDR by currier. But bank put my money in ICICI Prudential which I came to know on receipt of Policy. Same Day I visit bank and returned original policy and asked for refund which they agreed but one completion of free look period they send policy by ordinary post. Till then I have send numerous request even complained to RBI, Chandigarh but did not received my refund against GSIP policy # 17515656 of 2 lakh.big Amt itself shows that it was for FDR not for ICICI pru. I seeking my refund please. I send my representation up to high level management, but got no response, which indicates that they have no intention to return money due to their cheating attitude.

Respected Sir, This has reference to the statement of account as on September 30, 2012 and September 30, 2013, wherein you have debited Rs. 1680.00 on 1.9.1012 & 1680.00 on 6.9.2013 and Rs. 111.29 debited thrice on 26.9.2012, 18.9.2013 & 19.9.2013, which is not at all acceptable to me. On the contrary, I am surprised, how such huge amount is debited from my account without any intimation or any my knowledge. When I spoke with Customer Care Department, they told me that they have deducted Rs. 1680.00 twice against ATM/DEBIT CARD PROTECTION PLAN. However, I would like to mention that I have neither applied for any ATM DEBIT CARD PROTECTION PLAN, nor given any confirmation for such plan. Regards Rs. 111.24 deduction twice from my account, Customer care representative told me that said amount is debited against two debit cards, again I wondered how a person can carry two ATM from same bank against single savings account. I have never received any additional ATM card from your Bank and never demanded for the same. It is clean that the amount debited is nothing but ROBBERY from my savings account. In view of the same, I request you to reverse above all debit amounts immediately otherwise, I have no option, but to lodge a complaint to Reserve Bank of India and Customer Cluster for JUSTICE, which kindly be noted.                                 Dear Team, Complaints against ICICI Bank LTD, Gandhinagar Sector 16, Gujarat, IFSC Code : ICIC0000165 I have my salary account with ICICI bank since last 7 years. I have registered few ECH for payment of 1000 rs to my matual funds. Due to some emergency problems i had width-rowed money from my account and also not wanted to deduct money from my account for ECH and I was told that matual funds are not applying any charges for the same. As my account was not having 1000 rs my ECH of matual fund was failed, but this nonsense stupid ICICI banks has deducted 370 rs as ECH returned charge. For payment of 1000 rs to matual fund who has nothing to do with this ICICI bank and has never applied any such charges on ICICI bank as well, this cheap bank has deducted 370 rs as a penalty for ECH return which is more than 45% of my total ECH amount. And I have more than 25 ECHs registered with this bank. I have similar types of ECHs in SBI banks and BOB banks as well for the same matual funds but they never deducted a single PAISA for this type of ECH return. I have tried to convenience ICICI bank so many times but they are not ready to understand my concerns. I have also asked for showing me such type of RBI guideline for ECH return but they never replied. If this is the RBI policy then why other banks are not charging such type of amount.                                 I am trying reach ICICI bank through Email daily... But not getting any response since last 5 days...Today i got the response but they stupid people explaining me the same thing that i know very well...Replying the same thing we have debited for ECH return, we have debited for ECH return, man... i know y u have debited... what i am asking...i m asking the RBI guidlines for this type of charges...For ECH of 1000 RS, you have deducted 392 RS which is more then 48%. Show me RBI guidline for this...and they don't have any answer...which type of managers they have hired...what i m asking and what they replies...this is they way they are providing customer satisfactions...this is the way they are getting benefits and growing their business...what a stupid bank...For the payment of 1000 RS which goes in some third party account and i fail to pay them, that 3rd party has no issue of this 1000 RS payment, but his nonsense bank is applying penalty on me, by telling why you have not done the payment and that penalty is more than 48%... ha ha ha...what a stupid and cheap bank !!!

                                ICICI Says, ...We wish to confirm the RBI Circular for levied charges for ECS transaction. RBI vide its circulars DPSS (CO) EPPD No. / 2649 / 04.03.01 / 2010-11 dated June 02, 2011 & DPSS (CO) EPPD No. / 94 / 04.03.01 / 2011-12 dated July 13, 2011 had proposed the levy of processing charges for ECS transactions.

                                RBI is not fool, ... he has not told you to deduct more than 48% of the total amount of ECH.

                                And you have debited more than 48% ( 392 RS ) of my total ECH amount of 1000 RS. ...ha ha ha...

                                This is how you are interpreting the guidelines... Don't be fool and don't try to make fool others...

                                They have debited again on 16th Nov.

                                I have more than 20 ECHs. I don't know how much money i will have to loose.

                                Due to some reason i cannot close this account. As soon as i resolved that problem i will close my account with this nonsense stupid ICICI bank.

                                RBI has to take actions on this.

                                  HI, I am holding ICICI Saving acct since last 6 years with Indira Nagar branch, Bangalore, at the time of opening the acct they told me to maintain 5000 rs avg balance quarterly. Since last six years I am maintaining the avg balance and never been charged. Since last two months ICICI bank is charging me 280 rs as MAB charges for not maintaining the avg balance. When I inquired they told me that the amount is charged for not maintaining 10K monthly, I am surprised, Without any prior intimation they have changed the product and stared charging me, ICICI bank is cheating the customers and making the money, we hardly notice such charges. Govt should take appropriate action against them. I want all the charges to be reversed. Thanks, Ashok Ajmera [protected]

                                  We would like to inform you that with effect from April 1, 2012, the Balance requirement for existing as well as new Savings Account customers has been changed from Quarterly Average Balance (QAB) to Monthly Average Balance (MAB). As per RBI requirement, customers were intimated about the shift from QAB to MAB through our website www.icicibank.com on February 29, 2012 (one month prior to the effective date). The same was also mentioned in the year end statement generated as of March 31, 2012. The schedule of charges is also displayed on all our branch notice boards and the tariff guides available at the branch have also been updated with this information.                                   Hi,

                                  Its not about QAB to MAB changes, I was told to maintain 5000 rs balance at the acct opening, without information you increase the limit to 10k.
                                  I am holding this acct since last 5 years and never been charged, if you would have informed me, I could have maintained the required balance.

                                  I am not using this acct actively, you should have sent a personalized mail or sms to the customers.
                                  you guys are not informing to the customers deliberately to make money.

                                  For all the other things we get instant message from the bank, why the intimation was not given for this particular change.

                                  I request you to reverse all the charges as of now and can charge in future when I will be in the defaulter list.

                                    Hi, ICICI Bank is now a days deducting amount for different reasons. If customer is not checking the statements frequently and not raising any complaints, it will be unnoticed.. This is the 3rd time in 1 week I'm raising a complaint on ICICI, for different reasons.. This is unethical. We request bank to take care of such non-sense charges.. Recently, my account got debited with the following info - "POSDEC CHG/14-09-13/0646/25ST3 DR INR 28.09 " I have neither tried to swipe my card at any POS nor my account has a nill balance.
