[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — cancel one assist plan

Incident date : 01/07/2019

Today i received a message that 'to renew oneassist for this year, the amount of rs.1899 will be debited from my account'. I have already raised a complaint last year, but there is no action taken based on my complaint.

I don't receive any call or email about renewing this plan.
Please deactivate this plan and let me know.

I make a online transaction rupees 15000 from my saving account to my bajaj finance loan account...amount deducted from saving account but not credited in my loan account...
My 15000 rs is in [protected]@icici account

Hello! My name is Akhtar Ali and i am the account holder of ICICI bank since long but this is the first time that 826 ₹ deducted without any sms and info. I came across when i tried to check my balance. It showed me DP CHGS Till May-19. I want my money back.
