Sir,
Despite of our corporate offers, assurance, instructions given to me, Statement bills for using
total free(as per assurance from bank sales man) credit cards are coming huge amount to me for long time.Also It is increasing every month. No one from bank end helped me.I have the contact no of the sales person, Suman Mallick (+91 [protected]) who gave me false assurance of totally free credit card. I informed to
discontinue the service of bill's utility pay. Due to my non
compliance for some month, they are enforcing me to pay heavy penalty for non-payments of
the bills now, where i have not used the card for any purchase till now.
Hereby you are requested to immediate cancel the following cards and
settle our account by waving the extra payments and penalties.
