[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Cancelled old card and charged rs.1000 joining fee for new card without prior information | |||
This is ICICI new way of stealing the customers. As part o[censored]pgradation they informed that they are going to stop all the services to my old card (4375 XXXX XXXX 9003) and they will issue a new card in place of it. I received a new card and in the next statement they added Rs.1000/- as a joining fee. I had requested the customer care to revert the joining fee, but they did not. I asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor, but they did not. Instead she asked me to cancel the card(SR[protected] but she cannot revert my money back.This is ICICI’s big fraud against most of the customers which need to be addressed.
