[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Card is blocked for online transactions | |||||
Hi, I used my card for my bill payment a couple of months back. But because of entering wrong password for several times it got blocked and showing.. "For security reasons your MasterCard® SecureCode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at MasterCard SecureCode merchants" Though I called customer care as well after entering all the details it says contact with your register number and phone gets hanged. I reached to a branch as well, I don't know why those people are sitting there without any knowledge. She said we cannot help..you need to call customer care, try several times it will happen. Which exactly didn't. Now I ask to others to pay my bills and I give them cash, I'm tired of doing this. Please help me to unblock my card... Was this information helpful? | |||||
