[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Card Payment declined issue

Hello Sir, Actually last week i had purchased shoes from Mark shoes showroom, Hsr bda complex, bangalore on 16th mar2017 in evening. that time i did card payment via ICICI credit card. but the owner told me it was declined due to poor server. i'll get my money within 24hrs. and i have to pay via cash. twice i did payment for my shoes. & i dint get my declined payment. next day i went there at mark shoes showroom, asked for detailed list of sale. he gave me. with this statement i went to Icici bank hsr sec2 i showed my purchased proof and all, first they cracked joke with his manager on my statement poor server, shoes purchase after that one guy told me we cant do nothing check with customer care. please help me. twice i did payment. i dont knw where is my money?
