I am attaching Cardmember Dispute Form. The said transaction were the fraudulent transaction on internet on the basis of call made by a person from tel no. 91-[protected] representing himself as representative of credit card department. These transactions were made by myself on false representation from the person representing himself as a bank personal. It was the case of judgement my part. we had a platinum card which with us our card is auto upgraded to coral and we don't even had received the card and know we are getting calls of the fees and penlty charges are 6000/-
