With all due regards, i wish to state that i amit kumar holds an account no. [protected] with axis bank (Gohana branch) and i was transferring funds (Amount 50000) to icici bank[protected] on 17/04/2019 1:00pm, through mobile banking (Imps) but erroneously money was sent to icici bank account no.[protected].
As soon as i realised the mistake on the same day i called axis bank customer care & registered complaint no. [protected] on the same day i also visited my axis bank and gave a written application and concerned officer in axis bank accepted my application and advised me to visit icici bank with comments written on my application.
After that i visited icici bank (Gohana, branch), which they confirmed that transfer of rs 50000 has been deposited in icici bank account no.[protected] and the account belongs to bidhal, sonipat branch and i must visit them and request them to put hold on amount of rs 50000 for this account.
The very next day when i visited the bidhal, sonipat branch of icici bank and mentioned about the issue, employees over there confirmed about deposit of amount 50000 in the account but denied to act any further in this regard and did not put hold on account, meanwhile the account holder come to know that 50000 has been deposited in his account so he withdraws the amount 20 april, 2019.
It was due to sheer carelessness and non cooperative nature of icici bank bidhal, sonipat branch employees i have lost my money (Inr 50000).
Kindly help me to get my money back and proper guidelines must be given to employees how to deal with such situations and circumstances. Was this information helpful? |
