I received a mail from ICICI bank on 10-May stating that the cash back of Rs.486.08 is credited on 13/03/2018 against the 7.5% cash back offer for the amount spent on Rs.22400.
They are not even calculating what will the amount for 7.5% of 22400.
Rs.486.08 was the reversal of the interest on the EMI which i have mentioned to customer care and it was agreed on the call made on 03 or 04 May-2018. the representative i spoke was MR.Nayeem. And service request SR[protected] was raised.
Now in the mail they are mentioning that there is no such requested raised in the system. Bank is totally lying and wasting the time.
