Thank you for responding back within minutes of my complaint. Highly appreciated for quick response.
As I have given the reference number (SR[protected] above, you might have already followed the incident through proper channel and understood the severe damage to my property under under previleged bank. If not, then kindly follow up and reply me through registered email ID about current status.
I am stating it 5th time, I am in Germany now and cannot come to India to represent myself at my branch with IFSC ICIC0000077. Please file a complaint that two transactions dated 31 Mar 2018, happened within span of approx. 1:30 hours gap without any approval (OTP, PIN, CVV, as ATM was all along with me in Germany).
I want the details of these transactions given to my email ID if you cannot connect to me. Please add India ISD code before dialling my number. If I am unreachable on the registered number, look at my recent email and call my new germany number. I cannot do more than this at this point. As you turned down my request of putting a represenattive in India. This I will take it a FRAUD from ICICI bank against salary account. I am stating agian, this was a salary account for 3 years. I never faced a problem. As soon as I resigned form my Job, ICICI started some magical way to handle my account. I dont have time to deal with this seriously, anymore. It is just mere frustation. Updated by Subash Chandra Malik Yes, Thank you ICICI for promptly replying me and solving the case with immediate response. I got the amount back and found that it was a skimming fraud. Thank you for helping me out. Please make sure, in future, people should not face this kind of situation again.
