ICICI Bank — cash deposit

L. M. Miraj branch 6537. Bm, abm, cashier not available at branch when going at branch for cash deposite on 12:50pm. Cashier goes to lunch. But other staff collect cash & said once cashier is back then we entered in system the entry. This is not policy of icici bank. Take nessasery action on this systeem. Otherwise we switch our accounts with other banks.

i have apply the credit card 3 week ago but till date bank not conact with me.
no clear status of credit card after applied 3 week ago.
