[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Cash drawn from my account by bank without informing

Rs 2180 has beed drawn from my account in name of cc pay but i have already paid the cc on 2nd aug 2014. so bank have drawn amount from my account without informing me and cash have neither gone to my credit card nor its in my account. this is a kind of fraud and shouldn't be happen . Without informing the customer cash should not be drawn from the account. and i have never chosen the option of auto debit. Please help me to have my cash back. its not about 2180 its about customer rights and such kind of big bank shouldn't do that. My phone number [protected]

Its has been resolved by the bank and cash has been transfered to my cc. But without informing from next time dont deduct the cash from customer account.
