[Resolved] ICICI Bank — cash not received from atm but amount deducted from account | |||
I have an account with hdfc bank and on 11th july 2017 i tried to withdraw 4400.00 inr from an icici bank atm in btm 2nd stage, bangalore-560076, karnataka, india. Amount got deducted from my bank account but i didn't receive the cash. I have waited for almost 15 days now but still have not got my money back in my account Below are the dispute transaction details Acquiring bank - icici bank atm, btm 2nd stage, bangalore Atm id - s1cw6288 (Have uploaded atm image) Date and time of the transaction - 11th july, 2017, between 6:20 pm - 6:30 pm Amount of attempted withdrawal - 4400 inr Transaction reference number[protected] Below are my bank details Name - anurag sharma, hdfc bank, cauvery bhavan branch, bwssb extn counter, bangalore Account number - [protected] Ifsc code - hdfc0000509 Email id - ansh.
