Hi,

I am ICICI account holder, October'22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-sep22+GST" charges.

27 oct'22 - Rs 2069.43 and 29 oct 22- 290.55

I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am so shocked for such action about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

I want to refund this. In entire sep month there was only transaction for cash withdrawal i.e Rs-5, 00, 000 on 16 th of September. And it's should be free for first 5 transaction. If your charging for my money which I withdrawn, why should I have account with you there many other bank which they don't charges. Better I can close the account with icici and move on I need clear explanation about the charges and refund and why it wasn't notified while withdrawal and even sms notification.
