Incident time morning 07.10am...

I forgot to maintain the actual amount for home loan ECS debit in my icici bank account last month(August) and i didn't get any message from bank related to this ECS request cancel or fine amount debited(rs590)...As per RBI guidelines icici bank has to send remainder message 1 day prior ECS that is not done. also this month i tried to maintain the ECS amount but due to frequent transactions i have done this month some 500rs shortage occurred...

I took a loan of 3lac loan from ICICI bank in Oct, 2018. But I didn't received any loan documents from bank, I even don't have my loan account number to know the details required like Loan tenure/closure. I tried ICICI customer care many times to get details, but they didn't provided any information. Pls suggest how to get the required details....

On 7Th September 2022, between 15:20-15-42 i was accessing the CDM to depost 1L cash to my current account

This is Kartik verma i hold a salary account in the bank. I would like to complain about unnecessary deduction of amount from my account. When my account was opened it was told to me that it will be a demat account but it will not do anything about transactions and it will only activate when you want it. And now my amount is deducted without any reason and when i complained about the same to the person...

I am observing that my amount was deducted under the following statements. I am not aware of why I am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserv and they told me the due amount of EMI I had been paid in advance, so they have not raised any dubet charges with the bank . My money Rs 4, 000/- plus got debited from ICICI BANK in the name of ECS n I didn't get any msg . How to refund n what is the procedure....

I have tried many times to make online payment using my icici credit card but i'm not getting any otp message. Even I tried to login to my icici online banking account using otp still it does not work....

I am Abiarmi Mohan Srinivason, I have been with icici bank since 2013.This year 2022 275.33/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 25 August 2022. I recently visited nearest home branch of icici bank which is in mahalxmi nagar indore, with some serious concerns regarding my account. However an employee named Ritika behaved bery badly and arrogantly while asking questions about my concerns related to account. She did not even pay attention and respond to my concerns.
