I have deposited DD(878888) on[protected] in mangalagiri ICICI branch. For which i received DD/Cheque deposited confirmation message on 28th October 8.41PM.
Till now the amount not yet credited to my account. Please find the below account and DD details.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had swapped my IcIcI debit card at hotel in Dombivli on 24th of October 2022, but the transaction failed and my account debited for Rs 780\-,
    I had to pay in cash at the vendor.
    I had complained regarding this to icici customer care via phone and email.
    still no response from icici.
    Kindly help resolve this issue.

          Dcard fee of 706.82 deducted without my knowledge

          I'm an ICICI account holder since 2019

          I was deducted 706.82 from my account on 28th October 2022 without my knowledge and also an intimation.

          Why would the bank deduct the amount from my account silently without even giving an intimation atleast.

          Who gave icici the right to deduct amount without my concern.

          I want my deducted amount credited to my account.

          Total507.23 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL SEP-15 DP charges on 31/10/2022 - 500/- and on 26/10/2022 - 7.23/-.
          I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.

                Myself Amit Anand, i have been with icici bank since 2019. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till sep-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited.

                      I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5 year,
                      Now they have charged first time 0.64 Rs date 26 OCT 2022 and 2nd time 33.18 Rs date 29 OCT 2022 under this category DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS.
                      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                      They says there is no charges of this and deduct my money.

                          Dear ICICI, How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today I was just checking transactions of my account and found that INR 489.03 and 336.97 /- has been deducted from my account towards DP CHARGES TILL SET-22.
                          At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.
                          I don't have use my demat account anymore then why my money has be deducted??

                          Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on ICICI bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                                Bank seems recovering their loss or NPA from common man of India. It seems we have no rights, organizations are unfairly practicing deduction of charges on the name of policy. And on the name of service, they are just fooling. Even they ignore and don't follow Hon. Supreme court order. It is ordered, bank have to inform customer before any deductions but no one following. Very disappointed with the laws on the name of policy. Three times deducted money even the very first time also deducted, although it was completely free to open demat, as it was mentioned over website. Again today deducted some charges. Bank have only the solution, their customer care justifies why they have deducted. They have no other answer. No one is responsible, everyone is just doing their job, and following bank policy. Huge pray for great profit success.

                                    When i check my account statement, i can see that there are 2 charges for 590RS that says its from ecsrtnchg, and then again today same thing charged for 420.88 rs, i do not understand why am getting charged so much from my account.
