I have purchased a phone in chroma 6 months back which is having a cashback offer for ICICI bank debit card worth Rs 6000 + Merchant cashback of Rs 1703 which will be credited in 60 days after sale. The invoice shows all the details. It is more than 90 days but the cashback is not credited. called ICICI customer care they told chroma will take care and called chroma and no response.
