[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Change of account type from savings to salary | |||
Hi, recently i opened icici bank savings account and i was told that after salary gets credited it can be converted to salary account. Now i requested for the same but my request has been declined saying my employer is not listed in icici bank details.in that case, why your people told me that it will be converted and if it is not possible i don't want the account. i am not satisfy from icic bank because extra amount deduct from my account . i have also visit sec 10 a branch he said to that you have to complain customer care then i have many time try to customer care but i could not talk to him so please if possible then help me
