ICICI Bank — change of emi date

Updated by shanthiTakkella ICICI people have called me, asking to pay for 1st month and then after giving me false promises that emi date will be changed from then after month. How can i pay EMI, if im getting my salary on 6th. Why dont they understand. im very tired listening to false promises. Shame on them giving such false promises.
They ask me to pay for first month, how can i pay?? seems they are not at all capable enough to handle customers.

And now they are asking me visit the begumpet branch and submit the documents for change of EMI date. At the time of loan processing, they come up to us to collect all the required docs and now they ask us to visit the branch.Is it fair? And more over im out of city and roam around branches. Why wasn't said before??

You guys at least should know the way to treat customer. Not expecting such kind of behavior from ICICI persons. Please treat this as a serious issue

And more over im not going to pay any extra charges incurred by the bank(if i pay EMI after 5th )
I want this issue to be resolved at any cost. Please help me out

Updated by shanthiTakkella Today, again i have been calling ICICI Customer care and they don't even feel the responsibility assisting the Customer. Even though i have registered the complaint, no call have been made to me. Im not responsible for late EMI payment, as its been more than a month i have received no assistance from them.

Shame on the bank people.Customer care people say that they will not be coordinating with bank representatives.Being such a big bank, Is this the right way??
Again i insist to take this on priority and get this resolved soon

According to this question "What if i want to change my Schedule payment?"
You can contact the merchant. However, you need to change the Standing Instruction in order to change the scheduled payment date.

It is clearly mentioned that contact the merchant, which i did. Now please tell me how do you justify this.

Please don't fool people or else get this issue resolved.

My documents are their with you guys, what more you need. Its just a matter of changing the day to some other day.Please get it resolved soon.
