I applied for credit card last one month before, documents submission and verification also done on oct 14th 2017, but till date i didnt receive any update of the credit card and also i am not able to check the application status in online, how long it will take, what is the status now.

    I am using icici bank credit card last ending 2006 on the name of kumari seena devi. I am frustrating with the service of icici bank due to overcharges & services. I want to do settlement as soon as possible. With minimum amount 10000. Kindly resolve the concern immediately. I called to gustomer care for settlement they said that it will be final 24k but i do not have fund. Now i am facing so many financial problem in my life. Our bike also stolen. These days are very critical for me & i am not in condition to pay the balance so pls resolve my issue

      Following msg i have received after doing recharge of my jio number:
      Dear sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 459.0 on date[protected]:09:56 pm by upi ref no[protected].
      But recharge was not done. I have enquired from jio. They told me that payment was declined.
      There is only option left in bhim app to call, as the amount is approved. After calling customer care executive gave this email address.
      Kindly do the needful to settle the amount

        Hi i have paid my credit card bill on 9.11.17 and the due date is on 10.11.17.. But on 10.11.17 my card account was debited with 450+81 for auto debit retutn chares and my salary account was debited with 50+9.. Even after paying the bill before the due date why they are attracting penality with us, its very worst service, no other bank have such bad practice of service to their customers

          I have been trying to get my query sorted with the nri call centre for the last one week and no officer who attended my call could help me with my issue. My home loan emi did not get debited from my account and hence i was trying to call the bank and understand if the payment was received and the reason for the rejection. No officer could help me with any straight answer and a solution for me to have the loan emi amount paid through online directly. This morning the officer confirmed receipt of payments however the emi amount is still not debited from the loan repayment account

            Hi,

            I madhavi nagula, and i opened my account with a name "vemula madhavi" (Before maariage). So i reached kalyan nagar branch and i submitted the request with marriage certificate and aadhaar card.

            After some they call me and said that this certificate is not valid because in this they said that only marriage is happend and there is no where said as name change.

            I have a question -
            In hindu after marriage husband surname is linked with wife. So there is no matter that they include name change in marriage certificate.

              Hi team,

              I shopped for rs 1339.00 in the lee showroom and the salesperson deducted rs 13399.00 from my account.
              Then after when i complained him at the same time he marked that transaction as void sale from his debit card machine.
              Void sale slip attached to this request.
              When i am calling customer care, they are not entertaining and asking me to contact the sales person. When i went to sales person he is saying that sale is already marked as void and money had to be transferred in my account within 24-48 hours. Time has already passed and i have not received this amount. Sales person is asking me to talk to my bank.

              And its been long and really frustrating.

              I want my money back.

                I haven't subscribed to my money service but still anual fee for bil/[protected]/mm annual fee sep17-aug
                354 rupees got deducted. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console. What an insane they don't have toll-free number. I called support guy he hold my call for 18 minutes with no reply. I really got pissed off. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

                  In december 2016, i received a call regarding one assist plan and thereafter the sum of rs 1799 was deducted from my icici bank account. Since i was not informed about the expenses and i didn't require the plan, i visited the bank branch to get it cancelled but was rather given customer care number.

                  In july 2017, after repeatedly making calls to the customer service and visits to the bank, i was promised that the amount would be refunded by 26 july 2017 but again, nothing was done.

                  On 21 august 2017, i was told that i would have to continue with the plan till december 2017 even if i didn't want it. This is completely uncalled for and unacceptable.

                  1) money was deducted from my account without my consent.
                  2) despite repeated requests the one assist plan was not cancelled.
                  3) i have not received the kit of this plan yet which implies that i have not used their service.

                  Though i have been making efforts to get the amount refunded to my account but now i am being forced to use the service (Without getting the kit).

                  Please deactivate my subscription of the one assist plan as soon as possible, now that it's been almost a year of making my request.

                        I have received a phone call. The conversation took place as below..
                        Agent : (Laughing on their end for a minute)
                        Me : hello.. Hello.. Who is this? Talk here..
                        Agent : hello. I am calling from icici mount road, chennai.
                        Agent : started laughing again for a minute
                        Me : what do you want?
                        Agent : i'm from personal loans department and again started laughing and disconnected.

                        I called that number again and told her, "u should be calling the customers after you finish laughing. This is not the way you treat a customer by calling". The agent disconnected the call.

                        I again received a call from another number. I heard the same agent's voice telling someone on her end, "don't talk. Just keep the phone idle" and they were laughing at their end.

                        I tried contacting the branch number : ‭[protected]‬. No one responded.

                        The numbers i received calls from are :
                        [protected] and [protected].

                          I have been provided relationship manager pradeep -337720... He never responded my call and even once i spoke to him he said that i am eligible for 1 lakh not for 1.5. Then i told him to process then he switched off his mobile. I am icici bank customer from last 2 years my application id is aps id[protected].. I made commitment due to my loan but your bank never respect customer which hurts me.. I am going to close my account as other banks are offering better offers than icici

                            Improper behaviour by staff

                            Today ~1.00 pm i visited icici kondhwa branch (Pune) to deposit cash in my own account.

                            The ladies on a cash counter were forcefully diverting me to deposit machine and refuse to accept cash at 1st instance.

                            They accepted the cash but only after when i asked that using deposit machine is optional or compulsory?...

                            I won't mind using better options but this should not be forced... Rather conveyed in polite manner.

                            Please clarify if depositing at cash counter is illegal?

                            1. Counter was handled by a lady & same time there was one more lady standing behind her (On a same counter) and she was also diverting me from counter.
                            2. It is not only feel bad factor for customer but also spoiling decoram of a bank.
                            3. Uniform was missing for both the staff 😔
                            4. When i told them that i am going to escalate this on social media the lady on a counter told me very nicely that "you can put wherever you want e. G. Twitter, facebook etc."

                              My account as opened in 2005 when i was working in infosys bpo where in the bank guys come during induction program and give forms to sign and collect our company id. I remember, then i was asked for my first name and last name but i dont have last name but use initials however it seems that the bank person has written my first name as prashant wherein i write it as prashanth and the last name is taken from the form where i have written my father's name. I visited the branch of icici during demonetization and during that time i was told to provide name affidavit to change the name in the account however i could not go out to get this done as i had undergone surgery and i am still recovering even now. 3 weeks ago when i visited the bank branch requesting for name change along with name affidavit they denied it straight away. My pan, aadhar, 10th marks card has the correct name as prashanth ms. Now because of this i cannot link aadhar and also using this account from past 10 years which is a salary account. Atleast for being a customer for 10 years they could have accepted the name affidavit and changed the name as prashanth ms instead of prashant sudhakar.
                              How do i get the name changed on this back account now? I have name affidavit which i can submit.

                                Couldn't understand how come there is charge for each month, this look significant amount. On side not i am having privilege banking with your bank too.

                                  I have done a transaction with county club & later i found that is a fraud company, very next day i went to cancel the membership & they are not responding to my mail & calls, so i approached icici bank to cancel the transaction, they not responding & last they are saying that issue has been resolved & amount is with merchant, please take necessary action to revert my amount back

                                    I have done online payment to my building payment from sbi account of amount 81439 is debited two times from my account. And regarding this I complained to sbi they said merchant payment was done successfully. And I filed rti to CDMA of andhrapradesh they said account no of them holding with you is[protected] credited only once. My question if it is debited from account twice it should be credited to you otherwise it should return to my account. And if the money lies with you kindly return to my sbi account [protected] Vuyaka narayudu and the reference no of my transactions are[protected]IGAASRIQK2 and[protected]IGAASRLZN7 . The incident took on 3rd Feb 2017 . Give me the status of the details immediately.

                                      On 10th november 2017 at 2038 pm. I did recharge to jio no. [protected] using my jio app using samsung pay mini upi id. Powered by axix bank. Unfortunately my money rs. 149 got deducted and transferred to [protected]@icici with upi reference no.[protected] and transaction failed. I contacted both jio and axix bank customer care service they told me that its the mistake of [protected]@icici's. Please do refund the amount ₹149. And take necessary action against the [protected]@icici.

                                        I tried recharging my jio account for rs459 on[protected] using upi transaction. The amount was requested by [protected]@icici. The amount got debited but i did not received the recharge. It has been 3 days and i haven't received the refunded amount as well.
                                        Icici is a trusted bank and we don't expect this fraudulent activities from it so please look into the matter as soon as possible.
