I transacted to jio from my vpa [protected]@ybl towards 3months' data (399) for my sim no [protected] on 20th november 2017.

The payment was successful and my bank statement carries the same.

Recharge has not been done and money got debited.

Please check at your end and refund the same to my vpa.

I have a problem

Detention from account but receiver not receive money

It happens again and again
Please solve my problem.
I am facing a big problem with that
I have been charged of auto debit fee when I have already paid the fee before due date then why there is extra charge for these when I made a complaint regarding these they were unable to say anything and replied that we are sorry we cant reverse it. what this bull [censored] .
My money multiplier bond of ICICI is nearing maturity,
I am not able to contact the company
They are not able to furnish and information if I call them

    I have purchased a swipe machine from icici bank in november 2016. Using this machine and icici merchant services has been a nightmare so far.

    It has been more than 1 year and more than 12 complaints, but i still have no resolution. The state of problem solving at icici merchant care is absolutely pathetic.

    The problem:

    At the time of purchase, i had informed the sales person that i need to swipe foreign cards very often. That is the sole reason, why i am purchasing the machine. I requested him to do all the necessary documentation accordingly.

    It is more than 1 year and still my machine does not accept foreign cards.
    I have made the complaint many, many times. Each time the engineer visits he cannot understand the problem. He says ‘software is not updated’, ‘dcc is not updated’ or some other excuse. Every time he makes some changes to the software. And every time he says he has fixed the problem and this time the machine will accept foreign card. But when the customer swipes, the foreign cards are never accepted.

    Another problem is that, every time the engineer makes these updates, the machine does not work properly for several days. And we have to make additional complaints for that.

    Making complaints at ims is another task. The engineer does not visit immediately after making the complaint. It can take 2-3 days. So, 2-3 days we have no swipe facility!

    I wish i could sue icici merchant services for the losses that have incurred to me and the sheer mental agony that i am bearing since 1 year.

    I tried drawing money from ICICI ATM, suddenly it showed system error and money debited from my Axis bank account.
    I had got an message regarding that 254 has been transferred form sbi say me the reason of the transaction

          I received your statement on saturday, 18/11/2017 evening for immediate payment of rs. 5, 683.07 on the captioned card.

          He i have to advise that i have following 3 cards as on today as under:
          1) m. D. Panjabi.. 4375 xxxx xxxx 7008
          2) usha m. Panjabi.. 4375 xxxx xxxx 6002
          3) usha m. Panjabi... 4375 xxxx xxxx 7107

          And not having any card containing no. S 4477 xxxx xxxx 3004 which has been written in the statment.

          Further i am holding icici bank credit cards since last more than 8/10 years and every time whehener i spent some thing mobile sms as well as hard copy statement comes well in time and i paid accordingly in time and never delayed for even one day,

          Now in the instant case, since i spent rs. 4, 801/- in the month of october 2017, i have so far not received any sms nor hard copy statement for necessary payment. And all of a sudden i received this statement charging for late payment fee and other gst charges totalling to rs. 882.71 which is not correct.

          Taking into consideration the above facts and my long track record of icici credit card dealings, i request to kindly arrange to waive rs. 882.71 towards late payment fee along with gst charges and advise me accordingly to pay rs. 4, 801/- at the earliest.

              I have made imps transaction on 17-nov-2017 and transaction reference no. Is[protected] for 6000. But transaction timed out and got message saying status will be updated in 3 days. The amount is not credited to beneficiary bank account till now and not returned to my account as well. Can you please check asap.

              Please help me in this regard. The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

                A request was approved through bhim transaction to jio recharge of ₹399 and the money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful it was transferred through upi request of [protected]@icici. As i called the jio customer care the told that the payment was declined on their behalf and was not successful.

                    I tried calling customer care, there isnt any specific option for this issue.
                    And online info was also not much of help.

                      I have been unknown of ecs return charges till it got deducted from my account yesterday. Neither bank nor client party (Mutual fund sip) informed me about charges, so i had taken it as for granted and thought not go for investment this month. But then yesterday (18/11/2017) bank has deducted 400+36+36+400+36+36=944. I. E charged twice for a single ecs return. That is again quite unacceptable. I am a student and it is my hard earned saving that icici is looting in the name of penalties and charges by keeping me unaware of those charges upfront. I request icici by this platform to kindly refund my money in full and in further arbitration to be clear and transparent for any services charges and penalties for any service upfront. It is my hard saved money and means a lot to me. Kindly refund.

                        My last working day was 22/04/2016
                        I have yet not recieved my relieving letter or experience letter. My reporting was in nagda branch m. P and
                        I was working in alote branch m. P.
                        I have been studing after relieving from my job. Now i have cleared an interview in indigo airlines for the post of security officer and yet to join but due to not having my relieving letter i am unable to get my joining.
                        I have been requesting the h. R of icici bank since 15 days for my concern.
                        The h. R is giving me dates on dates that i will recieve the letter asap but now my job is on threat as i am in fear that due to delay in submitting my reliving i will loose my joining. As an ex - employee i have equal rights to get my reliving letter but it seems that no one in bank has any responsibilty regarding this...

                          I have submitted a request for credit card online with icici. Post that received phone call for information and the representative was sent to collect documents. It is three weeks that i have shared my documents no confirmation reference number i have received from the bank. The branch manager at one of the branches isn't able to locate anything. There isnt any call centre of icici bank and is all queries chatbot driven or ivr. Its so scary to deal with icici. Seems like a scam.
                          Enclosed - the slip given by icici bank rep after collecting all documents like pan/aadhaar card/salary slip/address proof etc from me which bank manager doesnt seem to locate.

                            Sr[protected]: dear customer, your aadhaar no. Could not be updated in acct xx9360 as the name/ date of birth on the aadhaar does not match the savings account.

                            This is the response from icici bank six times in the last 4 months for all my requests. Two times i have submitted aadhaar downloaded and submitted personally in kharghar sector 7 branch. Branch verified and accepted that aadhaar details matches with account details.

                            If bank depends completely on computer what for the people are employed in branches

                              Today 11/18/2017 icicibank suddenly blocked/froze my account. I do not think they tried to reach me before doing it. This is very unprofessional. I have been banking with them for 10+ years, i am aboroad and i cannot now send my own money to my loved ones as during the online transfer the website says my savings account blocked/frozen. On their website there is no way to contact them online, as they do not have a service request form for this problem.

                                      I have joined infosys ltd on 09 october 2017 and opened a new salary account[protected] in icici bank, infosys pocharam branch. Since i have another (Old[protected] icici bank account previously and there is no transaction done after feb 2014, so bank marked it as a dormant account also marked as false account as per transaction pattern.
                                      After opening the new salary account they found that the previous account has a sr[protected] with false transaction (Fraud/suspicious), so they immediately putted a debit freeze on new account for privacy purpose and finally closed the new account[protected] on 09 november 2017 without any prior communication (Email/call/sms).
                                      Upon asking details about the person who made above complaints they are saying data is not available. Since my company only accept icici bank account for salary its critically urgent. The bank (Branch) official says we are looking into it from last 15 days. But still no resolution. I want details about the person who made that complaints and why. Kindly do the needful and suggest me the way to open an account for my salary. Kindly close the previous old account or let me know the process to close it. I have already submitted the closing request to bank before a month.
                                      I have submitted closing request on 20 oct 2017 and after that they are saying its have suspicious transaction pattern (Cash deposit), so its not possible. Kindly assist on this issue.

                                      Every time your Officials only call and ask about the problem but till date no solution. See attached response from your Team. I want a solution not response.
                                      I have already submitted closure form and other required details to ICICI Bank, Infosys Pocharam Branch. Also visited their branch many times regarding My Account Closure and still they are saying it’s not in their hand. So, I want to ask you some questions.
                                      1. If there is a Suspicious/Froud Transaction happen previously then where they (ICICI Bank) people till time.
                                      2. Why they not contacted with me (Email/Call/SMS) regarding this issue while same contact details (Email ID: er.[protected]@gmail.com & Mobile: [protected]) updated in Bank Database and till date I am using same and I am receiving all banking update.
                                      3. Why they are not giving me details about the person who made this complaint or whatever.
                                      4. Why your Bank marked me Blacklist from All Bank Database (Even I am not able to open other Bank Account with other Bank also).
                                      5. Also, I want to know if bank branch officials say it’s not in their hand then who have authority to do this.
                                      6. How could you guys do this without verifying the details what is wrong & what is right?
                                      7. Please remove my name from Bank Froud/Blacklist also send an email to bank regarding this issue as every time they are saying same story (not in our hand).
                                      Please try to understand my situation because of this issue. It’s really frustrating thing happening. Kindly provide me a solution for this problem or tell me to whom I have to escalate this issue. Waiting for your kind response.
