I placed an order with Nike.com and I was charged for orders that did not go through on the website. My money has not been refunded by the website.

I have placed multiple complaints with Nike for the same, but they claim that they are not able to track failed payments on their system. Please note that this is a recurring problem with their website, and in the past I have received a refund for failed transactions within a week. It has been more than 1 month now with no reply.
