ICICI Bank — Charged me ATM decline charges 5 times without my knowledge

I have been charged Rs 142.50 (28.5*5) for atm decline charges and have not been even informed or warned about it in any way. I feel chated with for being charged with something which is not even my fault. Please return my money back and atleast inform before charing money even once so that we can stop using that atm to prevent such charges being charged.
