[Resolved] ICICI Bank — charges on foreclosure of loan | |||
Hello, I don't know from where to start about my experience with ICICI. In last one month, you have broken my account privacy by giving details to third party about my loan and credit card. You have miscommunicated about my foreclosure charges for personal loan (I paid 5.9% instead of 2.5 due to your error). And icing on cake is you are not issuing NOC for a car loan I have already paid for. I am not sure how you make customer efforts minimal and how is it "khayaal apka".
