ICICI Bank — Charging for the account for which I did not receive welcome kit | |||
I am old customer of icici bank and 2 years back thought to open new account. I did not receive the welcome kit for that account and today when I saw my statement there is charge for Demat maintenance. Is this ethical? You did not provide the product for which I applied and without tracing the person whereabouts you just debited my account. till now I am not aware that I have icici bank demat account. If bank is itself doing fraud with customer how can we expect that other person will not do it with our account. How can you debit my salary account for the demat account for which I dont have any information. its a serious fraud at the bank side and I will go to consumer court if the debit amount is not reversed asap. Like this anybody who got my document can open account on my name. I will highlight this matter if strict action is not taken immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
