[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Charging Joining Fees after promising as a free card

I was offered a free CORAL credit card by an ill informed ICICI bank representative. I have reported the matter to the call centre and they said they would reverse the charges, but they did not do so . After 1 month when i called them, they said that they are not able to cancel the charges. What a fraud bank this is, making customer pay for representatives mistake.
I have written a complaint to the senior management and hopefully should be resolved.
