ICICI Bank — Charging Late FEE and Service Tax for delay made by ICICI BANK itself due to demonetization

I have deposited cheque at ICICI ATM at Vikas puri, New Delhi and probable demonetization banking rush, it could be processed late.

ICICI is charging Rs.500 for late fee and Rs.599.62 for interest while cheque was deposited one week before due date and due to banking demonetization process, they delayed and now still not following RBI.Ministry of finance circular for not charging interest on any credit/loan
