[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Charging of Auto Debit fees on Credit card with out Notifying | |
I had opted for Auto debit for credit card from my saving account. At the time of opting Auto debit I didn't informed nor we mutually aggreged on paper for any charges for bouncing of Auto debit due to insufficient balance. ICICI bank had done fraud to me by charging 2500+GST for bouncing of Auto debit. Even though I had made my full payment on time. After Many follwups with customer care also they are not reversing my money back. so much disappointing to me. if they didn't reverse it back we will close all of our relationship with ICICI bank and file case on consumer court.
