ICICI Bank — Charging of wrong interest | |||
I am maintaing this ICICI credit card since more than ten years and was fully satisfied with the customer relation ships. but since last few months some how you are creating opportunity to impose charge son me . despite my request your cus service is indifferent. Please consider the current mail extract I sent to your CUS SERVICE, but no result. To stop further complications I have paid the wrong interest amount. I request you to consider my request and credit it my card account, otherwise I am cancelling my card . Pl explain that why you have charged Rs 5852.25 to my credit card no 4477**** **** 5000 statement, on the statement date on 29.09.2016, despite I have paid Rs 107760.50 in time. pl reply so that I can make the payment of the card. THIS IS UNAUTHORIZED, YOU SHOULD REFER IT TO YOUR SENIOR FOR A LOGICAL SOLUTION, OTHER WISE I AM CANCELLING YOUR CARD AND REFER IT TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR ILLEGAL CHARGES. I AM ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CARD FOR LONG TIME BUT THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE IS NOT AT ALL AN INDICATION OF GOOD CUSTOMER RELATION. . i AM A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT AND WORKING IN PSU AS GM - FINANCE, I UNDERSTAND ALL THIS IRREGULARITIES.
